About the Project
Located in the heart of Iskele Long Beach, the most important attraction center of TRNC, The Blue Residence offers you a holiday in residence comfort with its carefully designed landscape and various social areas. The Blue Residence, where each residence has a unique view of the Mediterranean, is a few minutes' walk from Long Beach, the longest and most popular beach on the island with its golden sand and clear waters. Our project, which consists of 5 blocks, 160 residences and 14000 m2 of closed area, is a peaceful and quiet city project that allows you to experience sea and pool life at the same time, only 850 meters away from the beach. Local commercial and entertainment venues in the area offer guests options to easily meet their daily needs.
